Late withdrawals or no-shows create a hardship and waste the time of our volunteers. REFUND POLICY: No-Shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. We prefer to reschedule if possible. Any refunds issued at the request of the student will be reduced by 5% to cover our accounting costs.
