In 2026, Action Pistol Group of Grand Junction (APG) supported the team with a contribution of over $8,000 to cover ammunition and uniforms. APG is a charitable organization that has been training responsible citizens how to safely handle firearms for over 24 years. We are also the anchor tenant at the Cameo Shooting and Education Complex hosting monthly matches in four disciplines of competitive shooting. APG acknowledges the hard work and dedication of the “Wildcat Clays Team” and applauds the coaches, families and others who support the Team!
APG Donates $20,000 to Expand Cameo Shooting & Education Complex with New West Bays
In 2021, APG donated $20,000 to the Cameo Shooting and Education Complex for the construction of eight shelters for the new West Bays project. This facility expansion has allowed CSEC to host the massive “A Girl and a Gun” National Conference (over 700 participants, plus trainers), “The 3rd Rock Regional IDPA Championships” (two Tier 4 matches held simultaneously), and numerous firearm training classes provided by CSEC user groups.
